January 29, 2018 – The partners of LCM Attorneys are proud to announce the appointment of David Quesnel as a partner. A member of the firm since 2014, David practices civil and commercial litigation, as well as administrative and public law litigation. He has developed great expertise in the areas of calls for tenders by public authorities, shareholders disputes, manufacturer liability, injunctions and other special procedures, as well as governmental liability. His reputation for excellence and integrity is well-established, and he is frequently appointed by the Court to act as independent supervising attorney in the context of Anton Piller orders, as well as retained by other law firms to represent them in the context of applications seeking to disqualify them from acting on behalf od their clients.
Having worked with David since the start of his career, the firm’s partners have always been impressed by his unwavering integrity, his intellectual rigour and his steadfastness in the representation of his clients. They are especially happy that David thus becomes the first one to join the partnership since the firm was launched in 2014.
