Professional experience

Maxime recently completed his Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Sherbrooke before joining LCM Attorneys as a law student in 2024. Maxime is presently concluding a master’s degree on common law and transnational law and will join the firm as an intern in 2026. His studies helped develop a particular interest for public law, professional liability, and civil litigation.
During his studies, Maxime received many distinctions, notably the prix d’excellence des Éditions Yvons Blais en redaction juridique, awarded for the quality of his essay on a constitutional law matter. He also received the Maurice-Delorme award of the St-François Bar, handed out to the two law students who stood out for their performance in a mock trial.
Alongside his studies, Maxime played division 1 volleyball during all of his three years at the Université de Sherbrooke. With his team, he won three provincial championships as well as earning the Canadian runner-up title on two occasions. Maxime also likes listening to his vinyl records and enjoys playing golf.
