8.2 Remedies

You may also direct any questions or file a complaint with LCM regarding the Privacy Policy or any Personal Information provided to LCM by contacting the Privacy Protection Officer at the contact information provided below (see Section 11).

We will process, with diligence, all requests for access or rectification, within 30 days of receipt. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, the request is deemed to have been denied. In the event of refusal, or if you find our response unsatisfactory, you may challenge LCM’s decision by filing an appeal with the Commission d’accès à l’information within 30 days from the date of the refusal or receipt of our response.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These are subject to separate and independent privacy policies, which we recommend you read carefully. LCM has no control over these websites and, consequently, assumes no responsibility for how the organizations operating these websites collect, use, disclose, or process your personal information.
