Maya Ghosh is currently completing her Barreau du Québec admission internship at LCM, having worked as a student at the firm for two summers. A law graduate from Laval University, she developed a keen interest in several areas of law during her studies, including civil and commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law.

Actively involved in her university community, she acted as Vice-President of Events for the Health Law Committee as well as a volunteer for the “Bureau information juridique”, a legal aid clinic dedicated to promoting access to justice.

More recently, she studied law in France as an exchange student at the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II). This experience has broadened her understanding of various legal and political issues in the European context.

In her free time, Maya enjoys several outdoor activities, particularly hiking and alpine skiing. She also maintains an avid interest in art and loves to visit museums and various cultural and art exhibits.
