A former law clerk at the Quebec Court of Appeal for the Honourable Justice Stephen W. Hamilton and a commission counsel for the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference, chaired by the Honourable Marie-Josée Hogue, Nicolas has a particular interest in class actions, bankruptcy, and insolvency. His dual academic background in law and business allows him to provide strategic advice to our clients with key business considerations.
