We are thrilled to announce that Marie-Noël Rochon and Julien Archambault have again this year been recognized among Benchmark’s “40 & Under Hotlist”. Both having wide-ranging practices in several areas of civil and commercial litigation, Julien and Marie-Noël have each developed leading-edge expertise in specialized fields.

Julien has particular expertise in construction law, insolvency, and restructuring. He represents both private companies and public corporations in major construction projects, accompanying them throughout the development and construction process, including when insolvency issues arise.

Marie-Noël is renowned for her expertise in securities and financial services, as well as her know-how in corporate governance. She represents clients − brokers, financial advisers, financial institutions, and public bodies − before various judicial and administrative bodies and assists them in developing and implementing governance policies. She holds a certification in ethics and compliance from the HEC Montréal School of Management.
