Attieha Chamaa specializes in managing complex and technical construction and insurance disputes, whether through litigation or strategic advisory services. Recognized for her negotiation skills, she is frequently sought after to handle conflict resolution cases through alternative methods, helping clients navigate challenges effectively to avoid litigation.
Her expertise includes insurance coverage disputes related to construction (such as Wrap-Up, Builder’s Risk, and Project-Specific Professional Liability policies), as well as strategic advice on the placement of insurance policies for construction projects.
