Professional experience
Maya joined LCM Avocats in 2023, first as a law student and then as an articling student, before continuing her career with the firm as a lawyer. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2026.
Maya is developing a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, with experience in shareholder disputes, contractual liability, employment law, construction law and class actions.
Thorough, inquisitive and pragmatic, Maya quickly identifies the key issues in a case and pays close attention to her clients’ concerns and objectives. Her ability to listen and build trust allows her to tailor her approach to each situation and pursue practical, effective solutions.
Maya holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval and completed part of her studies at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). During her studies, she was actively involved in her university community, including as a volunteer at the Bureau d’information juridique.
