Professional experience
Catherine completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Sherbrooke before joining LCM Avocats Inc. as a student-at-law in 2026. Throughout her legal studies, she developed a strong interest in several areas of practice, including civil litigation, employment law, professional liability, and construction law.
Drawing on several years of experience in the healthcare sector as a clinical nurse, Catherine thrives in demanding environments where rigor, sound judgment, and adaptability are essential. Her years of practice enabled her to develop strong skills in managing complex and high-pressure situations, while fostering a compassionate and client-centered approach.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Catherine was actively involved at the Université de Sherbrooke as a tutor with the Centre d’entraide à l’étude en droit, where she contributed to the academic success of her peers. She also participated in the Faculty of Law’s Arts Committee, helping organize and deliver a variety of student initiatives. In keeping with her commitment to community engagement, she completed a legal internship at Montreal Legal Aid, where she assisted in supporting vulnerable clients. In recognition of the quality of her work and her dedication, she was awarded an honorable mention.
Outside of her legal practice and studies, Catherine has a keen interest in the arts, which she explores primarily through piano and painting. She also enjoys outdoor activities and sports, including alpine skiing, hiking, and horseback riding, a sport she has been passionately pursuing for many years.
