Professional experience
Practicing litigation since 2019, David is recognized for his rigor, strategic insight, and ability to manage complex matters while quickly mastering their legal and practical dimensions. He acts in disputes raising a broad range of legal issues, including professional and organizational liability, public and administrative law, contractual disputes, access to information, attorney–client privilege and confidentiality, as well as judicial review proceedings.
In addition to his practice, David serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal, where he teaches civil evidence. He also sits on the board of directors of Ressources Jeunesse de Saint-Laurent, a non-profit organization providing housing and psychosocial support to youth experiencing homelessness.
David holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Université de Montréal. He began his career as a political aide and campaign organizer for a Member of Parliament before obtaining his law degree from Université Laval.
