Professional experience
Émilien Morin-Lévesque joined the firm as a lawyer in 2025, after having worked as a student, then as an articling student since 2021. He practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular interest in class actions, private international law and public and administrative law issues.
After completing his Bachelor of Laws at Université de Montréal with honours, Émilien obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cambridge University with First Class Honours. At the end of his LL.M., he was awarded multiple Queens’ College Excellence Awards for his academic achievements.
During his studies, Émilien worked as a research student at the Quebec Court of Appeal with the Honourable Marie-Josée Hogue, and as a research assistant to Professor Catherine Piché, now a judge of the Quebec Superior Court. He also worked as a student intern with Juripop.
