Professional experience
Maria Vommaro is a litigation paralegal and assists the firm’s lawyers in several fields of law, including class actions, complex litigation matters, seizures, and injunctions.
Maria’s work includes organizing and managing complex litigation files and compiling information obtained from a variety of sources. She is skilled at using various types of litigation support technology and has extensive experience in legal research, including consulting government databases.
Maria also plays an active role the preparation of examination briefs, in the preparation of witnesses for trial, in the search for documentary evidence, and in the management and follow-up of requests for undertakings and documentary disclosure. She also assists in the drafting, serving and filing of proceedings, in addition to ensuring their systematic organisation.
