Dominique Ménard appointed as managing partner

LCM Attorneys is proud to announce the appointment of Mtre Dominique Ménard as managing partner. One of the founding members of the firm, Dominique is a lawyer whose reputation is well established. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, she is recognized by Chambers Global and Benchmark Litigation Canada and is equally at ease in disputes involving the most complex legal issues as she is in advising businesses and public organizations.

With over 20 years of litigation experience, Dominique has developed a diversified practice including seizures and injunctions, shareholder disputes, employment law, class actions and estate law. She also assists numerous clients in administrative investigations and calls for tenders, in the revision of their internal policies and procedures, as well as in the context of legislative reforms.

Recognized for her remarkable ability to lead large-scale files and coordinate large teams, Dominique takes over the helm of the firm at it now has more than twenty-five lawyers and is well established as one of the leading firms in all areas of civil and commercial litigation. Ready to ensure the firm's continued growth by stimulating its members to excel in all legal spheres, she remains above all committed to preserving the values of solidarity and respect that are the strength of the LCM team.
