Our managing partner, Dominique Ménard, has been named in Benchmark Litigation's "Top 100 Women in Litigation" list. She is one of only 19 women lawyers from Quebec to be listed among the top 100 women litigators in the country.

A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and already recognized for her excellence by Chambers, Dominique practices civil and commercial litigation, employment law, construction law and administrative law. Her diverse practice includes seizures and injunctions (including as independent court-appointed counsel), oppression remedies, shareholder disputes, class actions and estate law.

In addition to serving an impressive clientele, Dominique has held the reins of our firm with brio for the past year and a half.
