On January 31st, our colleague Fanny Albrecht will be present at the annual dinner of the Criminal Law Committee of the University of Montreal. She will be alongside several colleagues and the honorable Guy Cournoyer (judge at the Court of Appeal), Marco LaBrie (deputy chief judge of the Criminal and Penal Chamber of the Court of Quebec), and Éric Downs (judge at the Superior Court) to discuss her practice in white-collar crime in business law.
