Marc-André Landry and Joël Larouche join LCM Attorneys

LCM Attorneys continues to grow and is proud to welcome two new attorneys who will contribute to its ability to meet the needs of its expanding client base and assist in consolidating its leadership position among litigation firms in Montreal.

With almost twenty years of experience, Marc-André Landry is a seasoned litigator, well at ease in complex files and trusted for his ability to provide strategic guidance. Marc-André primarily acts in the context of commercial litigation, and has substantial experience in contractual disputes, shareholders disputes, class actions and administrative recourses. Over the years, he has acted for clients active in a variety of sectors, from construction and real estate to financial services, energy and pharmaceutical. Always mindful of the dynamics of the business world and of the specific needs of his clients, he is regularly called upon to provide advice regarding the strategic issues his clients face. Marc-André’s expertise and leadership has been recognized by Chamber’s Global, Benchmark Litigation and The Best Lawyers in Canada.

For his part, Joël Larouche joined the Bar in 2017. His practice principally focuses on commercial litigation, as well as on insolvency and restructuring. He is regularly called upon to act in the context of injunction matters and complex litigation, in shareholders disputes and transactional disputes, as well as in the context of regulatory enquiries and governance issues.
