Professional experience
Élise Veillette practices in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of construction law, real estate, civil liability and public and administrative law. She represents and advises clients from a wide range of backgrounds and industries. She also has extensive experience in extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and safeguard orders, as well as Anton Piller (civil search warrants) and Norwich (disclosure of information) orders.
Her career has led her to plead before civil courts, as well as administrative and arbitration tribunals. She has developed particular expertise in appeals and judicial review. Confidently navigating both the courts and the negotiating table, Élise never hesitates to propose alternative dispute resolution methods adapted to each situation.
Attentive to the unique realities and challenges of each of our clients, Élise draws on her analytical mind and creativity to offer customized assistance and solutions aligned with our clients’ values. Her approach is guided by rigorous risk analysis.
Élise joined LCM in 2024 after practicing litigation with a major Quebec law firm and two boutique firms. In 2022, she completed a specialized diploma in North American common law (Juris Doctor).
