We are pleased to announce that Anaïs Kadian has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Wills, Estates and Trusts Section of the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec Branch (CBA-Quebec).

The Committee organizes legal training on a wide range of succession, wills and trusts topics, including estate liquidation, the validity of wills and mental incapacity. The Committee is also called upon to take a stand on current legislative and judicial issues. Comprised of a diverse group of notaries and lawyers, the committee offers valuable networking opportunities with peers, industry leaders and representatives of government and the judiciary.

Anaïs has developed a particular expertise in estate and incapacity matters, representing liquidators of estates, heirs, as well as parties involved in litigation related to guardianships and mandates of protection.
