Professional experience
Ariane Rondeau practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in shareholder disputes and directors’ and officers’ liability. She has extensive experience in unfair competition, bankruptcy and insolvency, injunctions, seizures and extraordinary remedies. She has pleaded before all levels of Quebec civil courts, including the Court of Appeal of Quebec. Ariane stands out for her ability to defend our clients’ interests before the courts with conviction and eloquence.
Her ability to devise strategies and develop innovative solutions to meet each client’s needs makes her a formidable litigator, capable of captivating audiences and articulating forceful arguments that make all the difference in complex cases.
Ariane articled with the Honourable Martin Castonguay at the Quebec Superior Court, where she received a distinction for her work. During her studies at Sherbrooke University, Ariane also played an active role in the community, notably as a member of the National Student Pro Bono Network and as a mentor for a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting financial literacy of young people. She also helped develop and host a public legal education show on her university radio.
