Professional experience

Christophe Savoie has a diversified practice in civil and commercial litigation, employment law, as well as public and administrative law. Clients appreciate his pragmatic approach that focuses on effective dispute resolution.

A versatile trial lawyer, he acts on complex matters, particularly in matters relating to contractual disputes, judicial review, and urgent remedies such as injunctions.

Christophe graduated from Université de Montréal with honours. During his studies, he represented his university in the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot Court Competition held among students from six Canadian civil law faculties, winning the best litigator award. He also obtained a Master of Law from McGill University with a thesis on constitutional law issues. Before joining LCM Attorneys, Christophe worked in another boutique litigation firm specialized in labour law and civil and administrative litigation.

Christophe teaches at l’École du Barreau (Quebec Bar School) and regularly acts as mediator at the Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Administrative and Constitutional Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association’s Québec Branch. Furthermore, he sits on the Board of Director of the Académie des lettres du Québec, a charitable organization whose mission is to promote Quebec literature.
