Professional experience
A seasoned litigator at ease in all spheres of civil, commercial and administrative law, David has, over the course of his practice conducted a significant number of lengthy trials covering a wide range of disputes.
From the very first exchanges on a new matter, David closely collaborates with client to develop the best strategy to achieve the desired outcome. For him, it is fundamentally important that clients understand the stakes, see the path forward and be involved in every step of the process leading to the resolution of the dispute, whether through the judicial process, though negotiation, or through alternative dispute resolution methods.
David excels in ensuring swift intervention when the need arises. He has handled a considerable number of injunction matters and other extraordinary remedies, including Anton Piller orders (civil seizure) and seizures before judgment. Thanks to his expertise and reputation, he is regularly called upon to act as Court-appointed independent supervising lawyer in the execution of Anton Piller orders.
