The firm is proud to announce the elevation to the Bench of its partner Nicholas Daudelin. The Quebec Minister of Justice, Simon Jolin-Barrette, indeed announced the appointment of Nicholas as a judge of the Court of Québec.

Nicholas joined the firm from its founding, in 2014. He later joined the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s media law group in 2016 before coming back to the firm in January 2018 to continue his practice.

Endowed with exceptional legal talents and remarkable human qualities, Nicholas brings to the judiciary a rich and diverse experience acquired through a practice covering various areas of civil and commercial litigation, as well as health law, privacy and data protection, public and administrative law, and estate litigation.

It is with a twinge of sadness that we bid farewell to Nicholas, but it is above all an immense pride to see the quality of one of our colleagues recognized in such a shining manner. We are confident that Nicholas will quickly make his mark as a judge and contribute significantly to the advancement of justice in Quebec.
