LCM Attorneys' team is proud to announce the appointment of two of its lawyers as partners: Marie-Noël Rochon and Nicholas Daudelin.

Marie-Noël Rochon has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2012 and has since established an impressive reputation among her peers and clients. She is recognized for her specialties in securities and financial services litigation, as well as for her expertise in corporate governance matters. She represents brokers and financial advisors, as well as financial institutions and public bodies, before the courts of general jurisdiction as well as before specialized tribunals and the disciplinary bodies of professional orders and regulatory bodies.

Nicholas Daudelin was also called to the Quebec Bar in 2012 and is known for his involvement in important and complex cases, particularly in civil and commercial litigation, class actions, health law and public and administrative law, as well as for his work in extraordinary remedies. He is also developing an expertise in privacy law and cybersecurity, in addition to regularly advising his clients on litigation prevention and strategic legal counsel.
