Biography

Lucy-Maude Lachance acts primarily in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, as well as employment law. She represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, construction-related issues, class actions and product liability claims. She has developed an expertise in employment law, representing the interests of employers as well as employees in the context of complex disputes.

Ms. Lachance has appeared before all levels of civil courts in Quebec.

Before joining LCM Lawyers, Ms. Lachance worked for three years at the Montreal office of an international firm, first as an articling student and then as a lawyer.

During her studies, Ms. Lachance attended the University of San Diego’s Barcelona Institute on International and Comparative Law. She also volunteered with Lawyers Without Borders Canada and at the Quebec Songwriters’ Professional Society.
