Ioana Manea practises mainly in commercial litigation, while also developing an expertise in insolvency and restructuring as well as in insurance law. Ioana is determined to find effective solutions for her clients through a pragmatic and creative approach. Her commitment to an in-depth understanding of legal and business issues enables her to provide insightful strategic advice.

Her curiosity and analytical skills have led her to contribute to the organization of a symposium and to complete numerous research mandates on specialized legal issues as a university research assistant. Ioana also clerked for the Honourable Justice Nathalie Chalifour at the Court of Québec.

Her passion for the law and her desire to contribute to society are reflected in her community involvement. Ioana currently sits on the board of directors of the Jeune Conseil de Montréal and the Cuisines Collectives du Grand Plateau. Ioana has been the recipient of several prestigious scholarships during her university studies, including the McMillan Scholarship for Excellence and Leadership (2019), the André Bachand Scholarship for Leadership and Involvement (2020), and the University of Montreal Student Involvement Scholarship (2020).
